
Client installs equipment across the country. These are covered by annual maintenance contracts. Customer has a countrywide branch network with mechanics and engineers who are responsible for maintenance and service of the equipments.
CB provides a total Service Management support to the client. Customers of clients call the all India Toll Free number from anywhere in India. These calls are handled in any of the fifteen languages round the clock. A ticket is registered and the engineers and mechanics that are charged with the responsibility of maintaining the installation based on the geography are notified by sms and email in addition to information being available on the web. The engineers and mechanics accept the assignment and conduct the maintenance. The status is updated by the service crew post maintenance.
Detailed reports are generated to analyze the efficiency of the service management.
Benefits: The client started these operations for a few locations. Now they have centralized the service management across the country. They are also contemplating similar implementations at other international locations.
